Our service

Yamato Cars helps customers source vehicles from Japan. Vehicles listed on GOONET Exchange or other marketplaces belong to their sellers, not to Yamato Cars, until we purchase them on your behalf.

Information on this website

Model guides, destination guides and delivery records are general information. They are not offers to sell a specific vehicle. Vehicle details, prices and availability are confirmed only in a quotation from Yamato Cars.

Quotations and reservations

A quotation or proforma invoice does not reserve or secure a vehicle. A vehicle is secured only when Yamato Cars confirms this to you in writing after payment.

Payments

Pay only to the beneficiary and bank account shown on your official Yamato Cars proforma invoice. Yamato Cars is not responsible for payments made to any other account.

Shipping times

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and depend on third parties such as shipping lines, inspection bodies and ports. They are not guaranteed.

Import rules

Import rules, duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility unless your quotation states otherwise. We will share what we know, but the authorities in your country have the final say.

Links to GOONET Exchange, WhatsApp and other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
